People know about facial massage but they do not know the main areas on face to massage. I will tell you the main points on face to massage for glow and relaxing your face muscles.
Forehead:
Starting point is forehead. Relaxing your forehead muscle is important. Rub your forehead by moving your fingers in circular motion. Do massage on forehead for about 5 minutes.
Cheeks:
Rub your cheeks with your fingers. Rubbing should be in circular motion. You can also use your palms in doing this. Do this process for 5 to 10 minutes for muscle relaxation.
Nose:
Use two fingers from both hands to massage your nose. The rubbing on nose should be up and down movement of fingers. You should inhale and exhale more air than normal during nose massage.
Chin:
Process is same for chin and nose. Rub your chin by up and down movement of fingers is the massage on chin. Do this for 5 minutes.
Neck:
Relaxing your neck muscles is also very necessary. You can rub your neck by both up and down movements and circular movements. Do not put too much pressure as it can press some of your veins on neck.
Eyelids:
Gently rub your eyelids with your thumbs. Do this process for 2 minutes. At the end, apply a gentle pressure on eyelid.
